The Disability Access Company customer care does not cease once we have completed your project; 12 months warranty on all platform lifts is standard. Ensuring that your disability access product will be looked after by the Disability Access Company service team, all of our engineers are fully trained on all products, making sure the customer receives complete "customer care" 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We also offer comprehensive maintenance packages to suit the individual's requirements. We also offer Installation services to trade & term maintenance & service contracts to clients.
